Coblentz Technology is seeking qualified candidates to fill IT Support Technician positions.

Entry-Level Installer Technician
-Install low-voltage wiring

-Install network infrastructure equipment (primarily security cameras, wifi systems, phones, data, etc.)

-Perform basic IT Support Tasks

​

IT Support Technician (Tier I)

-Install and Manage end-user customer equipment (primarily networks, workstations, VOIP phones, domain environments, etc.)

-CompTia A+ certification preferred

​

IT Support Technician (Tier II)

-Advanced level knowledge and work experience with network and domain environments.

-Proficiency with Office 365, Hyper-V / VMware

-CompTia A+ / Network+ certification preferred

​

Additional Qualifications for all Technicians

-Desire to learn and grown with Coblentz Technology

-Fulfill projects from start to finish independently

-Strong communications skill, both in-person and over the phone

-Provide exceptional customer service

-Thoroughly utilize CRM system to create and manage support tickets and jobs

-Valid driver's license with a clean record
